Janet reported that the web site is up and running.  All the forms plus inter-club information is on the web site.  The address is in the tennis handbook.

Chris stressed the importance of attending the three meetings per year, (Jan., March, Nov.) for all the club representatives.  These meetings provide a vital information exchange between the clubs and the executive committee.

Chris also announced that several clubs were unable to field a team after the schedule went to the printer. She asked that the representatives notify the committee by January if your club can not field a team.  The clubs who have dropped a team this year are:  Swarthmore (Cup A), Haverford (Cup D), Pennypacker (Cup 8), Riverton (Cup 12),  and Philmont (Cup 11).

Gail Yard, Match Chairman, reviewed some important details for club representatives to present to their captains:  1. All rostered players must have a U.S.T.A. number.  2. If a substitute plays three times, she must have a U.S.T.A. number.  3. Two match cards must be filled out.  One is sent to her and the other to the Cup Coordinator. 4.  Gail recommended that the captains make copies of all their matches.  5. She noted that the revised line-up form has been changed. 6.  Gail asked that all players respect the “no cell phone” rule.

Joy Susanin, Officer-at-Large, reported that the Coordinators’ meeting and lunch will be held April 6 at Merion Cricket Club.

Connie Ebert, Admissions, reported that no new teams have applied for membership.
